NFL Defies Donald Trump

The NFL has announced that it will not force its players to stand during the National Anthem following a multi-team meeting between NFL Owners and executives. This has come after NFL owners and coaches have tried to force their players to stand during the National Anthem or be benched (which is a violation of National Labor Relation Laws) and 1st Amendment Rights.

Donald Trump, who is against NFL players kneeling and is arguably the one to escalate this situation, showed his disappointment in the NFL on Twitter on Wednesday.
Editor's Comment: The Constitution protects the players' rights to kneel and protest however they want peacefully the same way that the Constitution allows people to carry around automatic weapons. But somehow Donald Trump cares more to end NFL Players kneeling.
